A warranty for bicycles of our brand applies to all cases of factory defects of frames and components. We also provide warranty and after-sales service.

To take advantage of our warranty services or to make a claim, you need to have your bicycle passport with your sales receipt attached. The bicycle passport also includes a warranty card with a unique number that is duplicated on the bicycle frame under the bottom bracket. You should also have it with you.

Claims under warranty for consumable parts (cables, pads, chain, grips, pedals, bicycle inner tubes, etc.) are accepted only within 14 days of purchase.

Claims for paint chips during service are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty applies to the first owner of the bike!

The basic warranty period for the bike frame is 3 years. When you register your frame on the Pridebikes site, the warranty is extended to 5 years.

The warranty period for the components is 1 year. It is provided by the component manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover:

  • defects resulting from improper use of the product, excessive loading and failure to comply with the rules of operation and storage;

  • natural wear and tear of materials, components, equipment;

  • in the case of repairs and maintenance performed outside of the dealer network service centres;

  • defects arising in the event of a change in the configuration of the product, replacement of its parts for others, except for cases when the change in the configuration occurred in the workshop of the dealer’s store;

  • products with defects resulting from mechanical damage to the products.

The warranty service does not apply to bicycles used for commercial purposes (rentals, courier services).

Returning of goods

Returning of goods is carried out according to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you can issue to return goods if the following conditions comply:

  • the product has not been used and has no traces of use;
  • all labels are saved;
  • package integrity is not damaged;
  • the warranty card and the document confirming the purchase are saved.

To process a return please, take your passport, receipt and, a package good with you.
